Mounting Snow Clogs Boston’s Streets

With much of New England brutalized by hail, slush, ice and snow — the region has had more than 60 inches of it since the new year -– the question becomes: Where are we putting it all?

Cities and towns currently move their snow to so called snow farms, which are scattered around the edges of the city. But what happens when they fill up?
