Saturday, April 26, 2008

The 9th Annual Cleanup was a great success! More than 100 businesses, scout troops, schools, churches, and other groups participated in the Cleanup, our largest ever with approximately 2,200 volunteers taking part.

Between 20 - 25 tons of garbage were removed from the riverbanks, including tires, shopping carts, a typewriter, and refrigerator!
