MUDDY RIVER VISIONING

  • Virtual: Via Zoom (map)

JOIN OUR MUDDY RIVER VISIONING MEETING!

The Muddy River is an iconic river in the heart of the Emerald Necklace, but its entire watershed reaching across Boston, Brookline, and Newton contributes a large amount of pollution to the Charles River. We can clean it up, but only with widespread public support.

That’s where you come in! Last fall, we kicked off a community-led visioning process with a lively meeting at the Fenway Community Center. Since then, we’ve been hard at work understanding the watershed conditions. Please join us to learn about the major sources of pollution in the Muddy River, how the watershed may experience climate change, and what plans are already in the works. Join us to give your feedback on what the future of the Muddy River watershed looks like!

This event has already passed.
