Bobby Nicotera serves as CRWA’s Development Operations Associate, supporting data administration, sponsorship management, client communications, and donor event planning. He brings a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach to managing fundraising campaigns, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate donor records. His data work helps ensure that CRWA can build lasting relationships and secure the resources needed to protect and restore the Charles River.

A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Bobby graduated from Merrimack College in 2021 with a B.S in Business Administration, concentrating in Corporate Finance & Investments and Marketing. Prior to joining CRWA, he worked as a Marketing Assistant at Hemenway & Barnes LLP, where he supported branded communications, high-end events, and digital marketing strategies for attorneys and leadership teams. Bobby brings a strong foundation in client service, data administration, and cross-functional collaboration. He’s passionate about creating polished, mission-driven experiences that reflect care and professionalism. Outside of work, Bobby enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors—especially in the mountains of Vermont with his rescue dog Augie.
