Water Chestnut Removal - August 11th

  • Redwing Bay Needham/Dover (map)

Join us on Monday August 11th to help us clear the Charles of invasive Water Chestnuts and restore our River!

These fast-growing, aquatic invasives spread rapidly across the river, reducing biodiversity, harming water quality, and impeding recreation. But with your help, we can remove water chestnuts & restore the river ecosystem.

You don’t want to miss out! This fun, family friendly event is a great way to explore our watershed, meet new friends, and make a difference for our river. Spots are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
