Frank Hunnewell (Wellesley, MA) is the founder and Managing Partner of People Engines, LLC, helping organizations improve performance by leveraging behavioral and cognitive science from the Predictive Index talent optimization platform. Prior to founding People Engines, Frank was the COO of Predictive Index and participated in the purchase of that company from the founding family. Before PI, Frank turned around and ultimately purchased ChildLife, Inc. the nation’s original brand of outdoor wooden play equipment. Earlier in his career Frank worked at JP Morgan and Bain & Company. He has served on the board of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society, the International Dendrological Research Institute, and the board of advisors of the North Bennet Street School. He holds an AB from Harvard and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
