Giancarlo serves as Community Representative for Charles River Watershed Association.

Giancarlo graduated from Clark University in Worcester, MA, in 2025 with a Master’s in Community Development and Planning, and he received his BA from Clark in 2024 in Geography.

Of Indigenous and Hispanic heritage, he brings a passion for working in diverse communities. His two years of experience with the North Carolina-based Albemarle Pamlico National Estuary Partnership reflect his dedication to watershed health and restoration.

In his free time, he enjoys biking, reading fantasy novels, and spending time with his friends and family.
