As CRWA's Stormwater Program Manager, Mike works with municipalities, regulators, and community partners to advance green infrastructure, strengthen stormwater policies, and support sustainable water management practices.

Mike earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut, with a focus on the fate and remediation of pollutants in soil and water. He previously worked as a civil site consulting engineer specializing in green stormwater infrastructure and as a transportation and environmental justice advocate for his community. Mike brings this combined technical and advocacy experience to support CRWA's mission.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the natural and urban landscapes of the Charles River Watershed on foot, by bike, or by kayak.
