Pradeep serves as Senior Finance and Operations Manager, overseeing financial and operational systems, administration, and internal controls to ensure efficiency, compliance, and transparency. He brings more than a decade of experience in both nonprofit and for-profit finance, covering budgeting, audits, grant management, and team leadership.

Pradeep was born in Nepal and later earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Northeastern University in 2012. Before his current role, he led finance and operations functions at nonprofit organizations, where he managed full-cycle accounting, budgets, financial systems, workflows, and internal controls to meet regulatory and audit requirements.

Outside of work, Pradeep spends time with his family, explores new places, and enjoys good food.
