Native American Heritage Month
Our work to protect the Charles is carried out across the traditional territory of the Massachusett, Wampanoag, and Nipmuc Nations. This November, during Native American Heritage Month, we offer up a reminder that Indigenous people are past, present, and future caretakers of this land. Watch this video we produced with our partner, IPD Newton, to document this year’s Indigenous Peoples Day Ceremonial Celebration, which garnered more than 1,000 attendees.
