Sick of Sewage in the Charles? It’s Time to Cut the Crap

Sick of sewage in the Charles River? Us too.

On July 20 and 25, with less than an inch of rain, untreated sewage flowed into the Charles in Cambridge, making the river unsafe for recreation for four days. Over the Fourth of July weekend, we were on the Esplanade collecting signatures and spreading the word about the Cut the Crap campaign.

Join us in telling officials to Cut The Crap—Sign our petition and send a pre-written message at cutthecrapcharles.org.
