Meet Your Watershed: Wetlands Walk

  • Charles River Watershed Association 201 Lake Street Sherborn, Massachusetts, 01770 United States (map)

Join the Charles River Watershed Association for a scenic trails walk encompassing portions of the Sherborn Town Forest, Farm Pond Reservation, and the Trustees of Reservations’ Rocky Narrows property located on the Charles River.

We will first gather at the Farm Pond Reservation parking lot (GPS: 201 Lake Street, Sherborn) for introductions and some brief discussion before walking a short way along Lake Street and Forest Street to reach the off-road trails that cross wetlands, forest, and open fields at Rocky Narrows and Town Forest.

On this hike, attendees will be able to experience beautiful views of the Charles River and other watershed features. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Come out and Meet Your Watershed!

This wetlands walk will be led by Thomas Trainor, an outstanding member of the Sherborn Community. Through his position as a member of the Energy & Sustainability Committee for the Town of Sherborn, Tom is a great example of an environmental advocate in the Charles River Watershed. We are so grateful for his willingness to partner with us on this event!
