Welcome, Marwa
CRWA is thrilled to welcome Marwa Alnaal as our Advocacy Director, leading our advocacy strategy, policy engagement, and coalition-building efforts.
She brings a strong background in government affairs, legislative advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration, with experience working with community partners, policymakers, and institutional stakeholders to advance equitable, impactful policy outcomes. Prior to joining CRWA, Marwa led and supported advocacy initiatives focused on expanding access, strengthening public systems, and elevating community voices in policy spaces. Her work has included engaging with municipal and state officials, developing advocacy frameworks, coordinating coalitions, and guiding organizations through strategic policy planning and public-facing advocacy efforts.
