Meet the interns of CRWA's summer 2026 cohort! From left to right...
Sara Abduljawad (Restoration Intern) is currently pursuing a Master of Landscape Architecture at Harvard University, where she has worked on several design projects focused on the Charles River.
Jonah Lieberman (Stormwater Planning Intern) is a rising Senior at Colby College, majoring in environmental science.
Olivia Higgins (Development Intern) is a rising senior at the University of Delaware, majoring in Environmental Studies with a focus on advocacy and a minor in Human Dimensions of Climate Change.
Shivangi Basu (Climate Resilience Intern) is a PhD student in the Department of Conflict Resolution, Human Security and Global Governance at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Shivangi holds an MA in Political Science from Northeastern University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Delhi, India.
Sophie Brandt (Watershed Science Intern) is a rising Senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, double-majoring in Civil Engineering and Natural Resources Conservation.
Mary Berner (Environmental Law and Policy Intern) is a rising second-year law student at Boston University School of Law. She earned her B.S. in Environmental Studies and English from the University of Richmond.
